I Promise…

I know that most people have had a long, deep desire to want to learn how to dance. I also know that you may be nervous about taking that first step because

  • You have little to no dance experience
  • You think learning how to dance will be too hard
  • You’re convinced that your significant other, who has no rhythm whatsoever, will never be able to learn to do this. (Boy, if I had a nickel for every time I heard that one…)

Believe me when I tell you that I will make learning how to dance easy. I will be a patient, caring, and empathetic instructor. I will take into consideration whatever previous dance experience you’ve had (or didn’t have) to create a dance program that you and your partner will be comfortable with. I will use my sense of humor, stories, and crazy analogies to accelerate your learning and make it fun. I will even get you and your significant other to dance with rhythm!

I committed to teach beginners because I know that not all instructors are skilled at doing this. In my tenure, I have seen too many students get discouraged and turn away from dancing–not because they can’t dance, but simply because they didn’t have an instructor who was proficient at breaking things down into terms most beginners can understand. Therefore, I was determined to provide beginners with an opportunity to learn from a teacher who is passionate and enjoys teaching beginners. You do understand I’m referring to myself here, right?

To conclude, I am determined to teach you the skills you will need so that one day, you can make new friends, share a romantic moment with your loved one, feel confident, look good, and never be afraid of a dance floor ever again!

This is my promise to you.
